ASH TOUMAYANTS
Ash Toumayants is the founder of Strong Tower Associates. For over a decade, he has helped hard-working people across Central Pennsylvania prepare for retirement. In order to gain access to the most beneficial financial tools and services for his clients, Ash decided to start his own firm. Fueled by a passion for helping people see through the veil of confusion that shrouds the financial world, his goal is to educate his clients so they can make more sound choices regarding their financial future. Ash graduated from Penn State in 2004 and currently lives in State College with his lovely wife, Noelle, and their five adorable kids.
JONATHAN KAUFMAN
Jonathan has been a senior benefits specialist since February 2011. He specializes in advising on options with Medicare and customized retirement strategies. Before that he worked for seven years as a financial accountant with Shaner Corp in State College, PA. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, he and his wife, Jill, reside in Centre Hall, PA with their daughter, Esther.
DENNIS BECKER
Dennis graduated from Penn State with a B.S. in Mining Engineering. He worked in the Civil Engineering field for over 25 years. Dennis began a new career in June 2011, helping people to understand the Medicare maze, and assist with their retirement options. When he is not working, Dennis enjoys baseball, hunting, and fishing. He has two sons, and resides in the York area with his wife Sheila.
JUSTIN PARRISH
Justin specializes in teaching others about Medicare options and planning strategies. He graduated from Penn State University in 2006 and then taught reading and writing to high-risk Native American students, before moving back to his home in Altoona, PA. Prior to working with Strong Tower Associates, Justin has served as a business-to-business representative dealing in customer service and sales in the office supply and furniture industry. Justin is passionate about helping people achieve peace of mind for their future. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his son.
Isaac Balban
Isaac brings over 12 years of leadership and operations experience to his role as a Financial Advisor at Strong Tower Associates. Driven by a genuine desire to serve people well, he helps retirees and pre-retirees navigate the decisions that matter most. Isaac earned his MBA from Waynesburg University and is passionate about helping families build the retirement they've always imagined. He lives in Penns Valley with his wife and two sons and is proud to call Central Pennsylvania home.

AUBREE MUSSMAN
Aubree graduated from Wheaton College (IL) in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and received her Masters in Public Administration from Penn State in 2025. She started her career in the nonprofit and human services field, first working with children with disabilities and their families, then working in senior care services. Aubree joined Strong Tower in 2020 and is now the go-to for all new account opening. Outside of work, she enjoys playing board games, reading sci-fi novels, travelling to interesting places, eating Thai food, and curling up with her cats at home.
Jack McCune
Jack specializes in people with strong focuses on relationship building, storytelling and community engagement. After spending the beginning of his professional life on WTAJ in Altoona, PA as the Co-Host and Producer of the local morning TV talk show Studio 814, he's excited to apply his experience in building long-term relationships and meaningful community connections in a new way. He graduated from Penn State in 2022 with a Bachelor's in Journalism. Including his time as a Nittany Lion, he's lived, worked and thrived in Central PA since 2018 and loves that he can call it home. Outside of work, you can find Jack at Penn State Football games, volunteering at local animal shelters or walking around State College and Penn State's campus. He loves sports, Star Wars, coffee and meeting new people. If you ever see him... be sure to say hi. He'd love to get to know you!
Paige McKinney
Paige graduated from South Hills School of Business and Technology in 2013 with a Associate’s in their Administrative Professional program. She started her career spending four years working in an accounting office in State College before moving into the insurance world. Outside of work she enjoys reading, cooking, watching movies (Alice in Wonderland being her favorite) and spending time with her daughter.
Kirsten Ballock
Currently serving as an Client Services Associate, Kirsten brings two decades of financial operational experience to Strong Tower Associates. She has worked in various sectors of the financial services industry since 2006. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Kirsten enjoys reading, remains actively involved in her community by volunteering at her local church youth programs, and cherishes making lasting memories during quality time spent with her family.
